Just want to let fellow hunters be aware of my POOR customer service I recieved from carry lite decoys/moultrie. I placed an order for 2 four packs of snow goose decoys. These decoys come with 2 sentry and 2 feeders per. package. These decoys were intended to be a gift. I emailed a week after I placed the order to ask my tracking info to find out they had not even shipped yet 2 days later I email to ask if they have been shipped to be told they would work on getting them shipped. I email them back saying if you have not already shipped the decoys Please keep them and refund me the money send me a email confirmation of cancelation. They email me back saying just sent them. When I recieve them I open the first box and have 2 that the heads will not stay on. 2 out of 4? well the 2 that did stay on had big ugly gaps between them. I email them asking what i need to do to return them and ask for a shipping label to be sent to me. They said they will not give me a shipping label and they will charge me 15% restocking fee I paid 20 shipping the first time now there defective product they want me to pay to return? they would not work with me at all. I tryed calling and had a rude bastard tell me they are done selling these and if I want to return them I can pay shipping and pay restock fee. I will now take my business else where.
Not crow gear but just getting the word out to stay away from these guys.
