Fox Pro........sometimes you can catch a used one on HuntPa .com for sale forums for the $250 range, also , check on FoxPro sight as occasionaly they have reconditioned ones for sale as well. As vwell as earlier poster who said craigs list...ebay...etc.

What you and you cousin do is another thing, but the question is " How loud is loud ". Are you in a high wind area ? If you are trying to over come 20mph winds, go Snow Crow. Other than that you should be fine.
