Im gunna try this blow up Halloween cat for a decoy with a crow decoy and dying crow sound on the caller...ALL birds hate cats, especially crows !

 great idea, let us know how it works out.

maybe try some flat black spray paint, just to tone down the shine

I thought of paint but it is wicked slick and then changing shape during inflation/deflation might be an issue...Ill be curious to see their response.

It might not work as your balloon is too bright..you need dull cote to have a fighting chance!

I tried a cat in a cage once and I couldn't handle the cats' wailing so i dropped that idea but fast. I have read that a stuffed fox will bring on an attack too. And I would say any wild predator like that-got anything else/ A stuffed bobcat?

Be careful with the fighting setup, it'll ruin the effectiveness of the friendly setup. It's a late season tactic to fool those experienced crows with something new....
