On Amazon they have a dozen Flambeau solid Crow decoys for 14.27.  Saw it last Friday and jumped on a dozen.  Checked my order and they are still selling for the same price.  Free shipping with prime.

Hello my new best friend, could you give us a web address so that we can help them sell out? Thanks for the info, I hope I can return the favor sometime soon.

amazon dot com is all.  search for crow decoy.  I will post the actual address later when I have a chance. I am at work and probably should not be posting now. Oh well.

raptor5618,

Thanks for the post on the decoys. Keep us posted on what you receive....1 decoy or 12 decoys. Seems like I remember a fella posting this on here a while back and the add description was incorrect on Amazon. He got 1 decoy instead of 12.

I could be remembering incorrectly, however, so just keep us informed.

I can't say that I ever had a problem with Amazon.  Sometimes the pictures do not match the description so sometimes you have to be very careful to read the description.  The price for decoys seems to be all over the place.  I already got a dozen for around 30 dollars in January and a few weeks earlier they were much more. As I recall they were more than twice that amount.   I think the description is pretty clear so I will be really hot if I only get one decoy.  It says that I should have them by next week so I will update what I get.

My experience with Amazon is that when you see a deal you need to jump on it before it goes away.  They have a great return policy so I so far have jumped on things believing that I could always return it, if I read it wrong or the description is not right.  So far I have not had a single problem.   Oh I always read the reviews if they have them.   Usually there will be a review pointing out something that is not right.  In most cases the only conflict I saw was where the picture implied something different than the description.  Nothing I ever ordered did not match the description.

Well so much for never having an issue on Amazon.  Received my pack of 12 decoys today and as some had guessed it contained a single decoy.  SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.  I put in a request for resolution to both Amazon and the vendor and I will post if they send the other 11 as promised. I really doubt that they will.  What is more aggravating is that they now are listing the price as 25 dollars.  Someone else posted that they only received one decoy and ended up getting their money back plus 10 dollars and they kept the decoy.  I would be OK with that as I only bought what I thought was a good deal.  Sorry for even posting on this forum but I thought it was a good deal worth sharing.  Well from now only I will only order from items listed as being fulfilled by Amazon.

Thanks for the heads-up on the Flambeau crow decoys advertised on Amazon.

I will reiterate your excruciating experience ordering these decoys. I too was hood-winked with this ad. I ordered the  12 pack, and received only one decoy.

For  the rest or you on Crowbusters,   DO NOT order decoys, or anyting else for that matter, from "Green Canyon Outfitters"  Gulfport, Miss. These people are a bunch of crooks. I even spoke with a lady, (lady?) named Mandy, and she assured me that there were one dozen decoys in the 12 pack, and I would receive a dozen. She lied.

I have sent them an e-mail, thru Amazon, and am waiting their reply. If Amazon is a reputable company, and I doubt that it is, they would not let these lying crooks even advertise on their website.

I will report later on the outcome.

Guess I forgot the old adage, "If its too good to be true, it probably is"

I would be flipping if I actually talked to them and was assured that I was going to get 12.  That woman called as well and left a message. I never called back as they did email me quickly that they would refund my money and I could keep the decoy.  Not sure what their game is and I did get the refund so for what it is worth I am up one decoy that only cost aggravation.  They have a dozen for 25 buck listed but you are buying from Amazon where I think you would be pretty safe.  I tend to buy mostly from products sold and shipped by Amazon so if I actually needed more decoys I would not be concerned to buy a dozen from them.

I looked on their amazon site and they did the same thing to a buyer of foam decoys.  I think a reputable retailer would have honored the price listed and sent me 11 more decoys but at least their reply to my letter saying I only got one decoy and not the 12 as listed came quickly and the offer of refund came shortly there after.  Perhaps they make their money on those who would just accept this mistake and not file a claim.  But the price was great for a dozen but awful for a single decoy.

I wish my life provided more time for fun so that I could actually test out the decoys I have.  This Friday is looking like it has some potential.
