Man you do not find companies that take care of customers like they do any more. Here is the story
I have had my Fox Pro FX 3 at least 4 years and used it hard. This last season I noticed that the speakers were vibrating and not clear or certain sounds. Well, just to make sure it was not my imagination I sent the caller
back to FoxPro with a note to check it out. They called me when they got it told me they would look at it for me. Now thats great service to begin with. I had not heard anything for about a week but this package arrived at my door this am and low and behold it was my caller. Here is the list of repairs they did. Replaced battery wire. Battery holder,the old one was corroded,BOTH speakers and tested it out with the new batteries I had installed for this season. Checked my remote and everything worked properly. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ONE RED CENT NOT EVEN FOR SHIPPING.
i TELL YOU GUYS That is fabulous service. I wanted to tell you all about that because you all need to know there are still a few companies that do work like they did in the old days.
I and others have had very much the same service from these fine folks. They support us crow and varmint hunters to the MAX. That service is greatly appreciated!! Your post gives credit where credit is due!!
+1 on the excellent FoxPro support. I was stupid once (well, not only once...) and broke one circuit board mount on my Spitfire trying to get the tiny micro card inserted. They patiently listened to my tale and promptly fixed it for free (under warranty) even though I did it through my own ham-handedness. I also got help a couple of times with its programming. Mighty fine!

I too have had great experiences with Fox Pro service. They are a stand up company and a great example of what made in American really means. I will only buy Fox Pro products for my crow and predator hunting. Thanks to Fox Pro for great products and service .
