Here is a little gal that I met from Mississippi, great outgoing personality and fun to be around. This is in the billiard room at home.

Here is an action photo that I took a few days ago. Notice how the cue ball is in mid air after the break shot. Since things are slow at this time of year I thought I would share it with you.

She's a beautiful young lady. She looks just like my wife did when we were first married...if I squint my eyes up...real tight.

Crow 187,

Not only is she a good looker, she has brains as well, sharp as a tack!

My father loved the game of pocket billiards 14.1 or straight pool. He also loved to hunt which was rare among pool players. His life long friend Willie Mosconi was a world champion having won 15 world titles from 1948 to 1956. He ran over 500 balls straight on my fathers 4 1/2 by 9 foot pool table in 1956 in Long Island New York.

What I could have learned if I had taken an interest in the game when I was a kid! My father was a very good semi pro but a lousy teacher, just no patience to teach a little kid.

When my dad was still alive he would always say "you sure took off after me in regard to the hunting but not billiards" I love both the hunting and billiards, keeps me well rounded, I love high runs weather it's crows or billiard balls!

Pete, it's a very social sport.

That young gal needs someone to show her how to make a good looped bridge with her left hand. That way the cue tip is not wiggling before it comes in contact with the cue ball.

Pete, is that your daughter?

Pete,

In the last photo of my last post you are looking at a one of a kind pool cue. It has two shafts but has Ivory inlet in the butt of the cue with tiny sea shells inlayed in the Iron wood on that cue. I had a custom cue maker who builds cues for some of the best players in the world build that cue for me. I've had it for about 5 or 6 years now.

Bob,

Forget about the cue stick, look at your 3rd picture above. No, not the cutie standing next to you...I’m talking about your very handsome FoxPro hat you are wearing! Very impressive..
