We shot today and had some success.. but the shot of the day was my friend Bruce.. he hit a crow at approximately 20 yds with Kent  #6's... and I swear the bird was "pushed out" 12' from the impact.. have a look at this picture.. wow!!

Mark,

I guess the treehuggers won't like me but I do love to see them get hit hard and nice pic of the carnage!

It was a going away shot.. AKA "xxx" Heart Shot.. notice his feet and legs.. only tendons are holding them on.. 1 1/4 Oz Kent with Benelli M2, Angle Port Mod choke.. I was just about to pull the trigger and poof.. the bird left my sight picture.. Really screwed up my head for a couple of milliseconds.

Not sure if you can see the feathers (crow snow) but this was taken after the shot.. I had to find my cell phone camera and then take the pic.. should have seen it right after..

Lol that did put a hurtin on that bird. Worst I have had was when I had one fall into a tree then it took 3 more shots to get it down

BH,
I concur, hopefully I will get to borrow that terminology this season as I have borrowed OA's terminologies from time to time (carnage and others) they do have a nice ring to them.
