Since I was talking about a groundhog gun the other day and I am also helping the widow of an old friend--the one who sold me the 1926 Model 12 that became my Crow Gun, I was going through some more of his shooting gear yesterday to put on E-Bay or GunBroker, when I ran across this: How To Dress, Ship, and Cook Wild Game, published by Remington/Peters back in 1945. Charming.
I took a few pics of this to share with you since, as usual, not much else is going on. The only disappointment is that there was no recipe for crow. This will cause a nostalgia attack among some of our older brethren out there, fur' shur.'
