Looking for someone to kill crow population

I'm a vegetable farmer in old fort, nc. Moved onto a new piece of farmland with a crow population of a hundred of so. Looking for someone to hire to kill them all. Right now they are destroying my melons. I've shot one and hung it up in melons but not deterring them. Need help.

If I was local to you I'd offer to help you out. Maybe someone here will be able to lend you a hand in exterminatin some of those pesky bandits.
