Two new crow busters came into the world on Dec 6th. Both of my daughters gave birth on the same day.

The morning started at about 5AM with my youngest daughter calling and telling us that she was starting labor. About 45 minutes later my oldest daughter called with the same news. My wife and I decided to divide and conquer. I headed to the hospital in Montgomery to be with the youngest daughter (Krystin) and my wife headed to Gadsden to be with our oldest daughter (Kayce). My youngest daughter was having her 2nd child and my oldest her first. Hence, my wife went to be with the first timer.

Well, Krystin didn't waste any time in having her baby and Mr. Robert was born at 11:33 AM. I hung around a couple of hours so that I could make sure everything was okay and of course to get to hold my first grandson. After pictures and some serious hunt planning with my new hunting buddy I headed to Gadsden. Kayce was nice enough to wait until I got there before she gave birth to my newest granddaughter. Ms. Rebekah-Jean came into the world at 10:19 PM. And of course, we had some hunt planning time as well.

Both mothers and babies are doing great.

Congrats!

What are the odds of that happening? Way cool for them.

Blessings to them and the parents.f

Barry: FINE report sir!!! Well done by everyone!! It is heart warming to me to see a fine family growing and with plans already to be "crow busters"! There are not many designations better than being known as a "crow buster"smile. So let see... this makes 3 grandkids from two daughters? Apparently everyone lives in close range to you... somewhere in Alabama? I have hunted crows in your fine state a number of times aided by the fact the company I worked for.. for 34 years was based in Birmingham. My wife and I have 3 kids and 7 grandkids.. and something you already know... grandkids are among the finest additions to any family along with, of course, a new crow gun!!~

Thanks Skip. They are fantastic! New crow guns are pretty good as well. My youngest daughter lives in Prattville where I live. My oldest lives in Boaz near Gadsden. My wife hates her being that "FAR" away. I laugh, it could be much worse. Two hours is not really that bad.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys!
