Went ahead and hunted before I was to go to Ohio bow hunting ( which we had to cancel) anyway I hunted so-Lo and had a good time. Crows actually acted well to calling, the numbers I saw was down on this orchard from past hunts which has ben the norm for me this unique season. Estimated I saw 100 plus and I killed 65 of these, last 3 hunts here produced 157,151 and 135 and was one of the most consitant places I hunt as far as kills and number of crows seen On the first hunt the past 3 seasons. As others have stated of there hunts, my spots are lacking this year and my phone is not ringing from growers as usual. So unless things change it looks like this will be the norm here. I know 65 so-lo is a good a:m and I am thankful, just always want to kill more For the effort I put in to hunt. Took a few pics with the old flip phone so excuse the poor quality and as y'all know I'm not on the same planet as "Ted" (M12) and others with there great photos.

Yes they want them out of the orchards, they always have burn piles or we can throw them in a thicket. Have one that will send his employees to help us. The clean up is the least liked part of crow hunting for us, add hulls and the dead to tearing down blinds, decoys, caller and you've spent about an hour leaving it the way you found it. I was talking to Elkhunter about posting a pictorial of what we have to go thru to have a orchard hunt from start to finish. It does take a good bit of effort, but is worth it most of the time.
That is something, in the orchards I hunt all they want you to do is pick up your empty hulls. They say "just leave em lay, they will make good fertilizer" Depending on what the land owner wants "you do what he requests or else!" You do what you gotta do.
