Who’s going out?

Gonna be heading out Saturday morning for an all day hunt on a feed set! Birds filtering in and out all day! Got colder weather coming Sunday so hoping for a great shoot Saturday. Anyone else heading out this weekend? If so, what’s your predictions?

I'm going out in the morning, supposed to be 5 below zero, with a high of fifteen.

Damn that’s chilly. Good luck! Kill  bunch and get back with me and let me know how it went!

Does the extreme cold weather seem to have any effect on the crow activity. I know around here the crows aren't early risers and seem more active when it's not so cold.

Absolutely, I'll post a photo even if we get skunked.

I think it makes them more focused on eating and less likely to "mess around" with harassing hawks/owls etc...

On really cold days I see them feeding right away and then sitting around on barn roofs and trees saving energy.
