Got out today for the first time since last fall.  2nd day of the summer crow hunting season in Michigan.  Got 14 in one hour this morning then it dried up very quickly.  Recovered 12 of them.

Thank you Sir!

Been super busy with work and two new hobbies......precision air rifles for pest control mostly and long range precision rifle shooting (Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor).

My desktop computer is acting up and it won't let me import my GoPro footage......I had it set up behind me to capture the whole scene.   I'll work on it tomorrow, it's been a long day.

Here's a teaser video.   I made it mostly for a friend of mine who just started crow hunting late last summer.  He'll be coming with me to the farms for crows soon!

Thanks guys....it sure was good to get on the crows again! Went out today and only got 3....the best part about it was I was 3 for 3.

Those were shells from last year that I wanted to try. Federal Hi Brass #6 and Winchester Blindsided #5.

I can't say that they are any better than the Federal Field and Target 7.5 I used today.....folded them no problem.

3 for 3... Somehow I’m not surprised. Well struck, Bob!

Nice video Bob O. Thank you for making and sharing it. Seeing what works for you is helpful during the 54 days of study and preparation I still have left before the season opens here.

Looking forward to more hunt reports. Please keep 'em coming.

Hey Bob,

Is that the Beretta 300 you got last year, would you recommend it. I'm in the market for a SA and cant really decide what I want.

Just watched your video, well done man nice blind and good shooting. I need to try something like this to see if it helps me get more opportunities. If have been running and gunning and it has limitations.

Yes Bob.....I agree!
Now I would like to get the company to get me a firmware update that will remove the crosshairs from the higher FPS zoom mode.

Bob O,

Just watched your latest video. Nicely done. I can't imagine the extra effort it takes to get the footage and edit it. The hot weather would take some of the fun out of it for me, but I sure do like watching crows plummeting to the ground. Thanks and keep the reports coming.

The filming isn't too bad but the editing can get painful. I'm hoping to get out again soon.

Limitations all right-especially here! If there was anyplace they could slap a big house on the property by God they did exactly that! All my old "running and gunning" areas have been eliminated!  Used to be fun and as the saying goes.."took no prisoners"....if we could safely shoot it was done!
