Shot 4 crows this afternoon... which unless some miracle location comes up...will be may last crows of the year. My fall hunt has be plagued by incessant rain, wind and snow...coupled with near freezing conditions. Pic are the last two I capped today.
Good work, & thanks for saving some for us down here. A sudden change in weather here also, Had to light the woodburner yesterday. Soon the challenge will be on how to keep my hands warm & still be able to get at the trigger quick. Red skirts out of the question till next year !
Lots of terrible weather this fall up here on the Canadian Eastern Prairies. 6 inches of snow the other day. I;m still waiting for global warming to kick in... Hanging up my crow gear for 2018. Next couple of weeks I'm going to focus on shooting some ducks and deer in November.

Wet weather here too. We've been waiting to start cutting beans for nearly three weeks. What looked like an early start now looks to be a muddy, slow harvest. Hopefully can pick some corn in the next few days while we wait for the beans to dry back down. It really put the damper on my hopes to get some crow shooting in before December.
Oh, that man made global warming thing? It ain't happening.
Yes GB, that ugly old M12 is pretty grey...just like me! I do however, remember a kid, that shotgun being well blued. What 70 or so duck seasons will do... Randy, up here on the Western Canadian prairies there are countless millions of acres of unharvested peas and beans. Guys must be pulling their hair out... Birds are on them now heavy.
