I've been to Argentina many times and it is quite an experience.
May, June, July and August are the months to hunt the ducks and geese in Argentina, I have been down there in every one of those months and it's all good. Since you are south of the equator May is like October here in the states.
The last photo is a photo of my crow hunting partner back in the 1980's. We hunted ducks and geese together in Argentina.

The last photo is of Spotted Tinamou Partridge that you can also hunt in Argentina or Uruguay. They are a fine eating bird, all white meat like a Bobwhite Quail.
