If I call in acrow or crows and I shoot and miss or they see me will they be educated enough to fall for my call the next time? What if I move to a new setup 2 or 3 miles away? Would they still know it is a place they do not want to be? Should I use a different type of call at each new site?

From what I read and understand from your post, it sounds like you are running and gunning.
Your first question; If they haven’t been called before and you call them in, shoot and miss you still stand a chance of getting a couple of them back within gun range. You will need to switch up your calls and throw in some periods of silence. Their curiosity will get the better of them if they haven’t been called by someone else. I generally don’t spend a whole bunch of time trying to persuade crows that aren’t willing to come while I am running and gunning. I will use that time to go to another spot.
If you move two miles away chances are you will be calling to a different group of crows.

Good advice Dale. Andrew go on to the Crow Buster website. Read up on Beginner and Advanced Crow hunting technique. There’s so much information it will advance your skill significantly.
Ditto on what Dale said, with the operative term being "You stand a chance..." it's not a sure thing.
One other point of importance is IF THEY DON'T SEE YOU, they might get coaxed back. It's been my experience that the shooting doesn't bother them too much, but if they see you in the blind you have been busted for good. Good blind construction, camo and minimal motion are keys to success.

Crows do get educated on the typical Foxpro crow calls I feel. Everyone and their Uncle John have electronic callers blasting these days, especially near major metro areas. Same with coyotes being educated by the aforementioned. Sometimes breaking out an old school mouth call is all thats needed to get call smart crows to do a flyby.

If you have enough birds trading around you can still get some shooting with a hand call providing you are proficient with one.
On educated crows you will not get the shooting like you did much earlier in the season but a hand call does work. Some will respond and some won't but if you have birds within ear shout of your hand call and enough are trading around you can still shoot 75 to 100 crows over the course of an afternoon in a crow rich area.
