I won't mess with facebook...it is owned by the CIA and they admitted it and I've got "nothing" to hide but I do value my non existant  "privacy"....

None the less  I think about that hunt with you and Paul  often where Paul did that 100 yard crow shot. I did one like that when I was a young man and I never forgot it using number four high brass and that crow dropped like a rock but I never did that again despite the sometimes high brass shot I have used as I got it for free. I got a gift card from work and decided to try 5s as I was shooting my 11-87 using the high brass rings whereas low brass wouldn't function well-but I didn't know that until my gun  would not eject rounds messing up a few good hunts-one anyway  and grabbed some 5s which worked  very well....so if you got an 11-87 be sure you get some low brass rings and you'll be in business! (I don't use it anymore none the less....)

My shots often are so close I miss! The shot don't spread for a good wallop so I am still learning! Probably ought to try 28 gauge if I am going to do that huh? Or a .410? Naw..I spent too much already on guns this year but I found what I think I was looking for! Now if the weather would give me a break I might try running and gunning  Gt off to an early start as the season is already on here in NH at least.....but for those ticks we have are diseased with that "Lyme" disease and it's not worth the risk and it'll be colder soon.....now all I need is to be able go find some or a place to do it in (joking I got a place or two)

Heck, he came right in, just how we like it. Funny indeed. Thanks Dale.

Amazing blind you two gents have! Sure wish I could set one up like that one but here again I need to  have a lot more crows to shoot at to go through all that much effort!

Mostly I just get into the bushes (behind actually) and trees as overhead cover....we don't really have great shooting conditions here but when we do-it's a blast (no pun intended)...

There is a solution to those crow attacks they are experiencing!! The only downside would that it would reduce the number of the flock that we hunt by one. I’d be OK with that.

I'm not sure what is more funny, that crow wanting to dip his beak or that young woman freaking out. She's certainly too young to have seen "the birds" LoL

A crow that brazen might eat right out of you're hand with some effort?

I had a pet crow in South Dakota that would act like that if a stranger came into the garage where he roosted at night!
