If you will look closely you can see some of these birds carrying their PHD's around with them.

You sure had good weather conditions I thought you were in Florida?

So what's your count up to for the season so far?

You missed you're calling, you should have been a film director!

Nice video, guys. Thanks for posting it. Seems like the low and slow ones gave you the most problems. When you take the gimmies for granted, it's a miss. One problem is that when you have lots of time to look at them coming in, it baits you to measure your shots vs. shooting instinctively. Got to treat them the same as the long and hard ones. Some great shots other than those few misses, though! Good job..

Once again Dale and Paul provide Randy with some wholesome entertainment. I'm a bit envious of the nice weather you guys get to hunt in.

 Thanks for the videos Dale.

Thanks Camo. I like these Johnny Stewart calls but I'm a hard core Foxpro guy. Wonder if there's any way these call can be put onto my FX3

Ditto what you said, Ted!  And if anyone can help getting JS sounds into a Foxpro, I'm all ears and have cash or check available...

 Demi and Ted,

JS sounds (or any other sound) can be installed in a FoxPro if in a format the call will accept. Accepted formats will be in the owners manual. For obvious reasons call manufacturer's now produce sounds that are only compatible with their calls and can't be converted to other formats.

However, if one can acquire sounds on vinyl, cassette tape or CD, get them on a computer and converted into the proper format, you're in business. CD would be easy, but JS crow CD's are as scarce as hens teeth.

Remember, this is coming from a technologically challenged guy, so there may be easier/better ways.

Maybe Dale or Paul will weigh in. biggrin

There’s a website you have to download for music, record JS sounds to it then you can convert them and add to your Foxpro. I tried to do it but it’s to complicated for my limited knowledge of computers.

Ive been at it for 6-7 years now and I still never had much luck on evening hunts. I haven't tried it after the first 2 or 3 years so maybe I would do better now then before since I have learn a LOT in that time. Nice video though. And yeah it would have been awesome to see the owl grab that crow and take off.
