This taxidermist is entering my crows in a world wide taxidermy contest in March of 2024. It's held every two years, two years ago it was held in Springfield Missouri. The last photo is of the crows frozen in my freezer until he could come by to pick them up.

I picked up a thousand rounds of trap loads at Walmart. yesterday. They were $ 34.50 per four pack. The Federal's were higher in price a few weeks ago and now the price has come down ! Good news !

I'm looking at purchasing a flapper. Where did you purchase it? I have emailed flighline decoys and get no reponse and it says they are out of stock. How has your experince with it been? I am just wanting to change up the way i hunt as i really only have 1 or 2 smaller roost to hunt. Thanks

Here are some photos from a recent hunt. We shot 173 crows from 2:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. No way to see all the downed birds in that jungle in front of us. The last photos are of some crows going out to feed in the morning.

Here is the best hunt so far this season. I got two with one shot on this hunt. Dick and I rolled 417 crows from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. I shot 217 and Dick shot 200. The first photo is on Dicks side of the blind. It's impossible to see all the birds downed in the under brush.

Dick and I shot 221 on day one. 229 on day two. 111 on day three. and 308 on day four. This was just field hunting.
