Finally starting to see some birds in the area of southern NH. Shot 8 yesterday morning and 8 again this morning. While driving home I saw a big flock of least 200 birds and this is the biggest ball of them I have seen this fall. Things are starting to look up

Anyone have suggestions which wire is the best for hanging the decoys with a pole. For the flambeau I use a coat hangers but for the greenhead after a while the hole on the decoys cracks and is no longer any good. The coat hanger does hold up its strength over time. Thanks, Pete

Both these wooden cases held 500 rounds each. The darker case was Government issue to the farmers and ranchers out here in Kansas. Thats right, they got free ammo to shoot crows back in the 1930's and 1940's. Bob A.
