In my experience as a crow hunter (which is only just over a year and a half), I have noticed that the crow hunting seems to be the best in the morning, and then after about 1 they disappear Does anyone have any strategies they use for afternoon hunts or tips that could help me and my hunting group? Only picked up 38. But that does bring the total to 295 out of this pecan orchard. Left a few more it the treeline. Most shots were 30 - 45 yards which is far for us. This is Savannah with her crow. Just tried a box of 12 ga 2 3/4" 3dram 1 1/8 oz 7 1/2 shot heavy loads AA's, really like the way they shoot. Anyone else notice a difference with them over cheaper shells ? I assume the heavy designation indicates hardened or magnum shot. Just curious of what others think. Jerry
